Privacy Statement Buyer’s Gallery Blinds Corp. will not disclose any personal information to third parties, nor will Buyer's Gallery Blinds Corp. use any personal information for their own marketing purposes. All credit card information is collected on a secure server that encrypts all information that travels over the internet. Terms and Conditions Blind Parts / Blind Components: 3.1.) RETURN POLICY: All parts / components that are not cut to size can be returned within 30 days of purchase if they are in the original state. Shipping the product back to us will be at the buyer's expense and needs either the order # in the return address on the package or a letter inside the package with the order # . (Without order # no refund is possible!). Upon receiving the product your account will be debited with the product cost only. For orders over $125 a restocking fee of 15% applies. Shipping&Handling costs will only be refunded if the return is due to our error! 3.2.) Cord, chain, ladder string and ladder tape in less than full rolls or boxes cannot be returned! 3.3.) Once a Blind Part order has been placed it cannot be changed. Blind Part orders are usually shipped in 1-3 business days. 3.4.) After placing your order online you will instantly receive a customer receipt by e-mail. 3.5.) When placing your order by phone, you will receive an Order Confirmation e-mail. 3.6.) Processing will take 1-5 business days. On extremely rare occasions there may be delays caused by out-of-stock materials, temporary factory overload, holidays, or other factors beyond the control of Buyer's Gallery Blinds Corp. In the event of a known delay, you will be contacted as soon as possible. Buyer's Gallery Blinds Corp. will not be held responsible for any delays.
